The Parish Council's purpose is to assist the Dean, Fr. Alexei, with the operations of the parish. The primary function of the Council is to oversee everyday financial and real estate needs of the Parish.
Most members of the Council are elected at the Annual General Parish Meeting.

Elected positions include the following:

Church Warden
Treasurer
Head Sister (of the Sisterhood)
Laymen (two to four elected parishioners)

Clergy of the Cathedral are also members of the Council.

Meetings are held regularly and any parishioner is welcome to attend.
